Experienced SEM Specialist

We are a fast growing company focused on internet marketing and web development. We are currently looking for a SEM Specialist, primarily focused on pay per click. We offer a fun, creative, entrepreneurial environment with room for growth.

This position reports directly to the Project Manager and works closely with the marketing department. 

Responsibilities:

• Understand each client's search marketing objectives.
  
  
• Develop target keyword lists.
  
  
• Perform competitive analysis.
  
  
• Setup accounts on Google, Yahoo and MSN
  
  
• Daily management of accounts based on various factors such as conversion rates, cost per sale/lead and CPC.
  
  
• Understand and make recommendations to improve landing page conversion rates.
  
  
• Weekly and monthly analysis/reporting and improvement recommendations (attention to detail is highly important)
  
  
• Staying on track to hit budget goals of clients
  
  
• Interfacing with a few client accounts via email and phone
  
  
• Basic organic SEO knowledge is a plus

The ideal candidate with have employment history at an interactive agency. We are looking to hire immediately.

Salary dependant on previous agency experience. We also offer fully paid health and dental (Blue Cross Blue Shield). This is a full time onsite position. There will be no telecommuting. No agencies please.
